- General
These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, inquiries and orders between our company and the customer. By accessing this website and submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. - Quotation and Price
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping cost, customs duties, import taxes or any other local charges in the customer’s country. All taxes and import fees shall be borne by the customer. - Payment
Payment terms shall be confirmed in advance in each proforma invoice. We reserve the right to suspend production or delivery upon delayed payment. - Delivery
Delivery time is for reference only. We will make every effort to deliver within the agreed time frame, but shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, logistics or third‑party factors. Risk of goods transfers to the customer upon goods hand‑over to the carrier. - Warranty
Our ultrasonic equipment comes with standard manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, wrong operation, wear‑and‑tear, modification or man‑made damage. Warranty service does not include on‑site overseas repair. Freight cost for replacement parts shall be agreed by both parties. - Intellectual Property
All product pictures, texts, technical specifications on this website belong to our company. No reproduction or unauthorized use is permitted. - Limitation of Liability
We shall not be responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or consequential damages arising out of product use, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. - Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, war, pandemic, logistics interruption. - Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of local courts where our company is located. - Contact
