Our QZX6 series digital ultrasonic cleaning generator covers power output ranging from 600W to 3000W and supports adjustable frequencies between 17kHz and 200kHz. It supports stepless adjustable rated output power up to 1200W to match diverse cleaning workloads flexibly, perfectly compatible with different sizes of ultrasonic cleaning tanks and matched ultrasonic transducers.
Product Operation Panel & Function Buttons
Equipped with an intuitive multi-display panel and physical operation keys for easy parameter configuration:
- A power indicator bar visually shows the real-time power output percentage;
- Three independent display windows separately present operating frequency (Window A), working current (Window B) and countdown working time (Window C);
- Dedicated function buttons simplify one-click setup: Sweep key for sweep frequency switch, P+/P- keys to increase/decrease output power value, T+/T- keys to adjust cleaning time, switch display interfaces and view built-in temperature data;
- The Start/Stop button controls running status, alongside a main power switch for overall power supply control.
Partial keys support combined operations for advanced parameter setup. The built-in sweep frequency function effectively avoids standing waves inside the cleaning tank, delivers more uniform ultrasonic cavitation effect and improves overall cleansing consistency.
